An outage of the TransCanada Midstream Caribou Gas Plant that was scheduled Aug. 3-5 has been canceled, according to a WEI Field Services posting on the Westcoast bulletin board.

Transco said Monday it has resumed scheduling makeup gas from shippers with negative imbalances at all points. A note saying a curtailment of such makeups upstream of Station 120 would begin last Saturday (see Daily GPI, July 23) was based on a Thursday morning bulletin board posting; that posting was superseded in the afternoon by one saying the curtailment was to begin Friday (July 23).

El Paso has extended turbine maintenance at the Lincoln (NM) Station beyond its original schedule. The turbine is now expected to become available Thursday, so San Juan Crossover capacity will remain capped at 550 MMcf/d through Wednesday.

Destin Pipeline reported its Pascagoula (MS) Compressor Station and the BP Amoco Pascagoula Processing Plant were shut in Friday afternoon due to a power failure. Normal operations at both facilities were restored that night.
