Citing continuing compressor repairs at Station 13, Northern Border Friday extended a reduction of system throughput to 90% of summer design capacity (see Daily GPI, May 19) through Saturday and Sunday.

The Hugoton (KS) Plant will shut down Tuesday morning for dehydration repair. The work is expected to impact 230,000 MMbtu/d at 17 points on Northern Natural Gas though late Thursday afternoon or Friday morning.

Following completion of Unit 7-C maintenance, PG&E Gas Transmission-Northwest expects its receipt capability at Kingsgate to increase from 2,280 MMcf/d to 2,350 MMcf/d in time for June 1 operations.

Sonat estimated its cumulative system cash-out imbalance for May as 421,722 dekatherms long as of Wednesday.

MRT added an Internet-based nominations system to its proprietary Edge software system effective May 20. The Internet site can be accessed at http://www.nttg.com/ by selecting the MRT button and clicking on MRT Interactive (highlighted as new) under General Information.
