Florida Gas Transmission reminded shippers that Zone 1 will be completely shut in April 13-15 as it does several maintenance projects (see the HotTap bulletin board for details). Zone 1 extends from the pipeline's upstream terminus in South Texas to Eunice, LA.

Questar revised the conditions for its April 12-16 work on Storage Main Line 70, which runs from Northwest Pipeline to Questar's Clay Basin storage facility. Although there will be no physical gas flows during the project, previously Questar had said it would allow injection and withdrawal nominations on the Northwest side as long as they netted to zero flow (see Daily GPI, March 25). This week Questar said it will not accept any nominations at all until the project ends.

El Paso expected to complete emergency repairs of a minor leak on Line 1300 Thursday evening. The leak was limiting San Juan Crossover capacity to 550 MMcf/d. El Paso will shut down Keystone Mainline Station (Winkler County, TX) April 15 only for electrical tie-ins. About 400 MMcf/d will be impacted at 41 receipt points in the area. Keystone also pumps about 185 MMcf/d to the Waha area, where six delivery points may be affected.

Northern Natural Gas expects May 1-4 unit maintenance at its Earlville Compressor Station to impact 100,000 MMbtu/d. Depending on nomination levels, up to 10% of Primary Firm service may be allocated downstream of Earlville, NNG said.

A low-inventory Stage 1 OFO by Pacific Gas & Electric (see Daily GPI, April 7) was not extended beyond Wednesday.

Until further notice, NGPL said the Louisiana Line's Sonat/Erath interconnect in Vermilion Parish is no longer available for nominations under interruptible and secondary/AOR firm transportation services.
