NOVA restored its 16-inch Josephine Lateral in northwest Albertato service Saturday evening following a rupture caused bythird-party construction. The outage was isolated to a 7-kilometersection of the NPS 16 Josephine Lateral Loop about 30 kilometersnorth of Saddle Hills Compressor Station, NOVA said. The pipelinechanged its daily system imbalance tolerance to -2/+18% due to lowlinepack Saturday morning.

As of Monday and until further notice, El Paso has anUnauthorized Overpull Penalty in effect due to low linepack. Due tovery rocky terrain, the pipeline’s preparation for lowering Line30120 (Beckham County in western Oklahoma) to accommodate highwayconstruction is progressing slowly. Thursday is now the anticipateddate when the line will be out of service for four to six hoursstarting at 8 a.m. CDT, causing the shut-in of four receipt anddelivery points. Because of recent volume increases at thesepoints, pro rata allocations may be necessary for the day’sbusiness, El Paso said.

Sonat removed Main Pass 77 Friday from a list of receipt pointsupstream of the Toca (LA) Station subject to an OFO Type 1 sinceOct. 1, 1998 due to damage from Hurricane Georges.

ANR said annual maintenance May 1-June 15 on its SoutheastMainline compressor stations will reduce the line’s capacity by 100MMcf/d for the first four weeks and by 75 MMcf/d for the last twoweeks. However, no restrictions on customer nominations areexpected.
