After three years of declines, the Pennsylvania Independent Fiscal Office on Thursday forecast that the impact fees natural gas producers pay in the state could increase by up to $49 million this year depending on two scenarios.

Schlumberger’s North American Land Activity Accelerates, Sending Revenue Sharply Higher
