Magnum Hunter Resources Corp. plans to relocate its corporate headquarters from Houston to Dallas by the end of the year. The finance, treasury and reservoir engineering departments are to be moved, as well as the accounting department, which is now in Grapevine, TX. Magnum subsidiary Eureka Hunter Pipeline LLC would remain in Houston. CEO Gary Evans said the company has been considering the move for more than a year following the April 2013 sale of its Eagle Ford Shale assets (see Shale Daily, April 4, 2013).
