GasMart/Power '99 Call for Papers

Intelligence Press, Inc. is pleased to announce a call for papers for GasMart/Power'99 to be held at the Wyndham Anatole Hotel in Dallas, Texas from May 10-12, 1999. Nearly 2,800 key industry representatives attend GasMart/Power to learn about trends in the industry, network with industry peers, and transact business. GasMart/Power'99 is the premiere trade show and conference for natural gas and electricity buyers and marketers. Attendees are interested in industry trends, expansion and consolidation, technology and energy solutions, environmental and regulatory issues.

GasMart/Power'99 will offer 4 tracks of sessions to include Natural Gas, Electric Power, Industry and General Interest. The sessions will be approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes in length and may have individual or panel presenters in a format most appropriate for the topic being addressed.

Topics that will be considered include, but are not limited to Natural Gas Supply, Electric Power Generation and Transmission, Wholesale and Retail Energy Marketing, Environmental/Regulatory Issues, Pipeline Issues, International Energy Issues, and the Derivatives Market.

Submitting Papers for Consideration:

1) Prospective presenters are invited to submit a one-page, double-spaced summary of their presentation. Submissions should identify the potential speaker, title, company, title of the presentation, the primary author and all co-authors. Sales presentations will not be accepted. Submissions should be objective. Preference will be given to presenters who are employed by operating companies.

2) Intelligence Press, Inc. will consider the scope of each submission on the basis of its relativity to the energy industry and specifically to the GasMart/Power attendees. Papers will be chosen on the strength of your one-page submission.

3) DO NOT SEND biographical materials, manuscripts or promotional materials about your company or its products.

4) Presenters will be notified by Nov. 2 if their submission has been selected for GasMart/Power'99. All judgments are final. All correspondence will be coordinated through the potential speaker.
