Until further notice, Columbia Gulf said Thursday it will not be accepting imbalance paybacks or allowing shippers to create new length on their contracts.

The most recent estimate for completion of required repairs at Station Camp Compressor Station in Estill County, KY (see Daily GPI, May 17) is now next Wednesday, Columbia Gas said.

Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) said its California Gas Transmission system had capacity at the Transwestern Topock border receipt point reduced to 325 MMcf/d Wednesday. The point is usually capable of 400 MMcf/d but had to be limited due to reduced pressure at the Topock Compressor Station, PG&E said. “This condition may continue into the summer, pending further engineering analysis,” it added.

Nicor Gas said it will remove Friday the OFO Cap on Northern Natural Gas deliveries to its East Dubuque location that has been in place since Tuesday.
