Saying its linepack in Florida has fallen, Florida Gas Transmission issued an Overage Alert Day for market-area customers Wednesday, setting a 25% tolerance for negative daily imbalances.

Pacific Gas and Electric did not extend a systemwide low-inventory OFO beyond Wednesday.

Saying it has limited operational flexibility to manage imbalances downstream of Station 249 due to scheduled maintenance, Tennessee said Wednesday it was immediately requires all Zone 5 and Zone 6 delivery point operators on the 200 Line to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position. Delivery points that flow without scheduled volumes in place are subject to flow control or meter shut-in, Tennessee added.

A hydrostatic testing outage on the Edgerton 100 Line starting Thursday is expected to last 22 days, Panhandle Eastern said. It will cause a shut-in of the River Rouge Plant-Severstal Dearborn, while the Michigan Consolidated Gas Interconnect will be limited to Primary Firm service only.

Northern Natural Gas has scheduled maintenance from next Monday to Aug. 26 at its Sunray (TX) Compressor Station. During this outage station capacity will be reduced from 350,000 MMBtu/d to 275,000 MMBtu/d, affecting three receipt points, Northern said.

Due to a change in operations that took effect Wednesday at Rayne (LA) Compressor Station, Columbia Gulf said it anticipated an increase in operating pressure on the West Lateral. This may affect 15 meters (see the bulletin board for list), the pipeline said.
