ANR said it began unplanned engine repairs Monday at Bridgman Compressor Station along its Michigan Leg South, which reduced total St. John W-E (west to east) capacity by 265 MMcf/d (leaving 1,030 MMcf/d available) until further notice. Based on current nominations, ANR anticipates that the reduction may result in the curtailment of IT and Firm Secondary nominations.

TGT plans to start unscheduled maintenance Thursday at Youngsville (LA) Compressor Station. During the work it will limit deliveries in the Youngsville East area to Primary Firm service only. The maintenance is expected to be completed April 21.

Southern reported completion of a shut-in test at the Muldon (MS) Storage Field (see Daily GPI, March 30) effective with the start of Tuesday’s gas day. At the same time it began similar testing of the Bear Creek Storage Field in northwest Louisiana that is scheduled to continue through next Monday. See the bulletin board for details on reduction of Bear Creek services.

Gulf South will perform two days of compressor maintenance starting Thursday at the Carthage Junction Legacy and Carthage Junction Expansion compressor stations. Previously the pipeline had anticipated no shipper impact except for higher-than-normal operating pressure, but now it says that based on current system operations and nominations, it will be required to schedule only Primary Firm nominations for the Index 59 and Hall Summit/East Texas/Koran scheduling groups during the work.
