Pacific Gas and Electric extended the systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO that began Friday through at least Saturday with no change in conditions.

Two days after ending a previous one, Westcoast issued a new systemwide high-linepack OFO effective Friday until further notice, setting a 10% tolerance (minimum 500 gigajoules) for positive daily imbalances.

Destin said it made the Leaf River Energy Center connection point in Clarke County, MS, available for nominations Friday as a valid receipt and delivery point. The point is identified as Leaf River Storage and has operational capacity of 400 MMcf/d, Destin said.
