Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) issued a systemwide Stage 2 low-inventory OFO for Friday on its California Gas Transmission system, setting penalties at $1/Dth for shippers exceeding a 5% tolerance on negative daily imbalances. PG&E also said its Redwood Path is restricted to 1.7 Bcf/d, or 78% of maximum capacity, through the end of March due to an outage of Delevan Compressor Station.

Westcoast implemented a systemwide high-linepack OFO Thursday, saying it was necessary to avoid impact to pipeline maintenance. It set a positive imbalance tolerance of 10% (minimum 500 gigajoules).

ANR had said it would shut in South Marsh Island 109 A Thursday due to gas quality issues, but later reported that the issues had been resolved and it was accepting nominations at that location again.
