Citing forecasts of falling temperatures and windy conditions, Northern Natural Gas will implement a System Overrun Limitation in all market-area zones (ABC, D and E/F) Tuesday. No System Management Service will be available, Northern said.

Due to colder temperatures being forecast for Tuesday and continuing through the week, KM Interstate said it is anticipating an increase in its load activity in the Nebraska and Kansas market areas east of Big Springs. It asked shippers to monitor both weather forecasts and the KM Interstate bulletin board’s load report “to assist you in matching your supply nominations to the anticipated increase in on-system loads.”

Due to a possible leak, ANR said Monday it will continue unplanned pipeline maintenance at its Eugene Island 30 location, with the Eugene Island 30 meter being shut in until further notice. And citing operating conditions in the Southwest Area and along the Southwest Mainline, ANR also said Monday receipt capacity at REX (Rockies Express) West Interconnect meter will be limited to 350,000 Dth/d until further notice. Based on current nominations, this will impact Firm Secondary and IT services, ANR said.

Northwest reported Friday afternoon it had experienced a control valve failure at the Collins Gulch delivery meter on the Parachute Lateral, leaving the meter’s operational capacity at zero until further notice. “Due to the small amount of scheduled volumes at the point,” Northwest said it will attempt to work with the interconnecting parties to mitigate any customer impacts. “However, in the event Northwest is unable to mitigate this impact, Northwest will declare a Deficiency Period and cut nominations” as necessary.

Noting pipeline maintenance scheduled for April 7-8 near the Southwest Gas Transmission interconnect with Transwestern and El Paso, Southwest Gas said deliveries will not be available into the Las Vegas area from either pipe during those two days. “It is recommended that customers realign supplies to Kern River Gas Transmission for the duration of the maintenance,” Southwest Gas said.

TGT said it has added a new receipt point, Richard #1 on the Southeast Supply Lateral, to its master location list.
