Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a systemwide high-inventory OFO beyond Wednesday.

Transco noted that market-area temperatures across its system during December “were much warmer than normal and this pattern has continued into January.” To maintain its operational flexibility and manage day-to-day operations, starting Friday Transco is not allowing any due-pipeline imbalance make-up nominations until further notice. It also urged customers to resolve any due-shipper imbalances as soon as possible and reduced pool imbalance tolerances to 1% effective with the Intraday 1 nomination cycle for Thursday’s gas day.

The Hess Corp.-operated Sea Robin Gas Processing Plant will be taken down for up to 24 hours of maintenance Thursday but will continue to dehydrate gas during the outage, Sea Robin Pipeline said.

Questar began accepting injection and withdrawal nominations for ISS storage service effective with Cycle 1 nominations for Thursday’s gas day.
