ANR said current operating conditions at its ANR St. Landry/FGT interconnect with Florida Gas Transmission in South Louisiana are resulting in consistent flow of around 100,000 MMBtu/d, and until those conditions change, FGT will only schedule up to 100,000 MMBtu/d at the interconnect. Normally FGT schedules up to 150,000-250,000 MMBtu/d there, ANR said. The reduction will take effect Friday.

NGPL said a force majeure is still in effect due to the rupture that occurred May 13 on its Gulf Coast #3 mainline in Harrison County, TX just south of Compressor Station 304 (see Daily GPI, May 16). However, the affected line south of Station 304 has become available for service again, and NGPL was accepting intraday scheduling Thursday at nine receipt points that had been shut in since the rupture. The line remains out of service north of Station 304, keeping two other receipt points shut in until further notice.

Columbia Gas is holding an open season through July 27 to solicit market support for a new lateral facility. Columbia proposes to construct a 300-yard, 6-inch diameter lateral in Parsippany-Troy Hills (Morris County, NJ). It would extend from Columbia's Line 10346 to an interconnection with PSEG Energy Resources & Trade LLC's distribution system. Interested parties may bid on firm transportation capacity from the MLI Hanover (R2) receipt point on Columbia's mainline to the delivery point in Market Area 22 at the interconnection of the proposed new lateral and PSEG's distribution system. The minimum contract term is 10 years. See the bulletin board for details, or call Frank Martorana at (703) 227-3267 for more information.
