Southern California Gas declared a high-linepack OFO for Saturday, saying it would assess Buy-Back charges in accordance with its rules and tariffs to customers who exceeded a 10% tolerance on deliveries into the SoCalGas system.

Effective with Intraday 1 nominations Friday, Transwestern ended an OFO that had restricted deliveries to the GulfTerra Ward and GulfTerra Waha Pecos delivery points in West Texas for the previous two days (see Daily GPI, June 10). A spokesman said the OFO was being lifted for the rest of Friday’s gas day, and whether or not it would be reinstated Saturday depended on operational conditions that day.

A new Overage Alert Day notice issued Thursday for its Florida market area by Florida Gas Transmission was lifted Friday.

As a result of maintenance scheduled for the San Juan Crossover and at Plains Station, physical flows to the Anadarko system north of Plains Station will not be possible from Monday through Friday this week, El Paso said. Any deliveries from the Anadarko system must be supplied with receipts in the system north of Plains Station, it added. See the bulletin board for a list of Anadarko receipt points north of Plains, plus other constraints imposed by the work.
