Citing significant market area demand, Florida Gas Transmissionissued an Overage Alert Day notice (6% tolerance for daily negativeimbalances) Monday for the system east of Station 12 (Santa RosaCounty, FL). The pipeline will re-evaluate conditions this morningbefore deciding whether to extend the notice.

A Northwest pigging project between the Sumas and Mt. VernonCompresor Stations in Washington began Monday and will run throughnext Sunday. The work involves replacing five mainline block valvesand installing a pig launcher at Sumas and a pig receiver at Mt.Vernon. Sumas capacity is reduced by 25-27%, or 270-290 MMcf/d. Theconstraint will ease to 11-15%, or 120-160 MMcf/d, during Aug.16-19 runs of cleaning and geometry (dent-detecting) pigs. However,the pipeline does not expect any impact from the pig runs becauserecent Sumas throughput has been below the capacity ceilings.

Sonat declared a force majeure in connection with maintenancerunning through Thursday at the Bear Creek (LA) Storage field butdid not anticipate any service reductions.
