El Paso's planned maintenance at Alamo Lake Station was expanded
to include a total station shutdown Wednesday. Alamo Lake No.1
turbine will be down today and Tuesday, reducing Havasu Crossover
capacity by 100 MMcf/d. The No.2 turbine will also be down
Wednesday for a total Havasu cut of 150 MMcf/d. To coincide with
this outage and minimize impact on San Juan Basin supplies, the
Navajo Station's 2C turbine will be down for maintenance Wednesday,
reducing North Mainline capacity by 155 MMcf/d.
Citing high system linepack, NOVA postponed an eight-hour outage
at Schrader Creek Compressor Station No.1 to June 14; it had been
scheduled for June 3. Saying linepack had been reduced over the
previous 24 hours, the pipeline returned its daily imbalance
tolerance to the normal +10%/-10% Friday after a one-day change to
0%/-20%. TransCanada will seek customer feedback on the subject of
restrictions and curtailments at a June 14 meeting in Toronto.
