Sea Robin told shippers Tuesday it must shut in the entiresystem for 10-12 hours today and asked them to cut their nominationlevels by 50%. The action resulted from being informed by Texaco,operator of the Sea Robin Processing Plant, that the plant musthalt operation to repair a leak. The event constitutes a forcemajeure, Sea Robin said, and thus it declared an OFO Type 30 forthe shutdown period. The pipeline said it had contacted downstreamdelivery point operators and they could not accept gas untreated bythe plant’s dehydration facility.

Westcoast said it is starting pipeline integrity work today thatwill last about five days and is sensitive to linepack conditions.”Significant packing” of the system is occurring, particularly atthe McMahon, Fort Nelson and Highway plants, Westcoast said, and ifit continues there will be increased pressures in the gatheringareas. Balancing tolerances of 0% pack and 20% draft are in effectuntil further notice. Westcoast noted it is limited in shedding gasoff-system while NOVA has a firm curtailment in place at theGordondale delivery point. In addition, Westcoast said extra gashas been coming onto its system due to NOVA outages, but there wasno corresponding increase in deliveries.

Tennessee does not expect any service restriction during a June14-15 pigging of the Blue Water System, but said some producers mayexperience higher than normal pressures.
