El Paso returned its Blanco “D” turbine (see Daily GPI, June 1) to service Tuesdaymorning, removing a 270 MMcf/d constraint on San Juan Basincapacity. A problem with turbine vibration at Lincoln Station appearsto be under control, El Paso said, and it restored San Juan Crossovercapacity to 580 MMcf/d.

Saying returning parts failed to meet specifications, PG&E GasTransmission-Northwest delayed the return to service date of Unit C atStation 5 until Thursday. Last week the pipeline had projected June 1as the startup date (see Daily GPI, May26). Unit 7-C is still scheduled to return to service June 10.

Northern Natural Gas expects 80,000 MMbtu/d at nine receiptpoints to be impacted during June 8-9 maintenance on its SpearmanCargray System.
