El Paso will shut down its Blanco (NM) Plant Monday for
scheduled maintenance. Several other facilities on the San Juan
Crossover and North Mainline also will have maintenance. Because a
total Blanco outage will last only half a day, the net reduction of
San Juan Basin supply Monday will be 715 MMcf/d. Downtime of the C
and D units May 18-19 and of the D unit May 20-26 will cause
reductions of 500 MMcf/d and 270 MMcf/d respectively.
PG&E Gas Transmission-Northwest capacity is restricted at
Station 5 (Athol, ID) due to a failure of the Unit 5-C compressor
along with scheduled work on the A Line and on Unit 7-C. The
circumstances have created a larger constraint than anticipated and
caused cuts in firm service, the pipeline said.
Columbia Gulf will take nominations to zero Tuesday at the
Bridgeline Paradis and LRC Paradis delivery points due to pigging
of the 12-inch Paradis Line and the 16-inch Entergy Line. The
piggings are scheduled to be completed by next Friday.
Transco said its recent solicitation for System Inventory
Management gas (see Daily GPI, May 5) resulted in a winning bid by
affiliate Transco Energy Marketing Co. TEMCO is delivering 65,000
Dth/d at Station 65 for $2.36 during the May 7-31 period.
