PG&E Gas Transmission-Northwest discovered contaminated oilin the lubrication system of its Stanfield (OR) Compressor Stationlate last week. The unit is out of service until the oil can bereplace; the pipeline estimates it will return on-line Thursday.Because the work has the potential for limiting Stanfield receiptsfrom Northwest Pipeline, PG&E GT-NW is offering a blanket ITdiscount of 1 cent plus fuel on the Starr Road-to-Stanfield paththrough Thursday.

A natural gas liquids line out of KN Gas Gathering’s Douglas(WY) Plant was taken out of service Saturday night due tooperational problems, affecting receipts by KN Interstate at thesepoints: Arminto Chevron Rich, Arminto Barrett Rich and KNGG DouglasPlant. The line runs through a river in La Junta, CO, whichexperienced severe weekend flooding. KNGG restored the line toservice at 10 a.m. Sunday; the temporary NGLs loss was offset byusing storage at Douglas, a spokeswoman said.

Kern River reported being notified Friday by operator AmocoProduction of a plant “upset” at the Anschutz Ranch receipt point.Kern River said it anticipated that scheduled quantities for Fridaywould be greatly reduced at both Anschutz and the Kern RiverPainter receipt points. Anschutz was fully back on-line as ofMonday, according to Kern River’s gas control department.
