Based on repair progress, Rockies Express Pipeline (REX) said it is lifting a Tuesday force majeure effective for the evening cycle of Thursday’s gas day (March 3). The event affected most receipt points in the pipeline’s Zone 3 (see Daily GPI, March 2a; March 2b).

REX said Wednesday evening that it expected completion of repairs to restore service at the impacted locations on Segment 390 in Monroe County, OH, by Thursday morning. Effective for the evening cycle of Thursday’s gas day REX said it will accept nominations at each impacted location up to the posted operating capacity prior to the force majeure event.

Zone 3 East-to-West capacity utilization rose to 60% for Thursday evening’s nomination cycle, according to NGI’s REX Tracker.
