National Fuel Gas Co.’s (NFG) exploration and production subsidiary, Seneca Resources Corp., said President Matthew D. Cabell will retire on May 1. Cabell joined Seneca in 2006 with 26 years of experience working in the energy industry. John P. McGinnis, who currently serves as Seneca’s chief operating officer, has been appointed the company’s new president. McGinnis joined the company as senior vice president in 2007. Other executive management changes, which will take effect Feb. 1, include the appointment of John R. Pustulka as chief operating officer of NFG and David Bauer as president of subsidiary National Fuel Gas Supply Corp. Bauer would continue to serve as treasurer and principal financial officer of NFG. Carl M. Carlotti also has been named president of National Fuel Gas Distribution Corp. He replaces Anna Marie Cellino, who retires Feb. 1. Carlotti joined the utility in 1985 and has been senior vice president since 2007.
