After a five-month national search, the Colorado Oil and Gas Association (COGA) has namedDan Haley as CEO, succeeding Tisha Schuller, who is leaving at the end of May. Haley currently is vice president of communications, development and strategy at public affairs consulting firm EIS Solutions. He has a 20-year career in newspapers and is a former editorial page editor at the Denver Post. Haley also once headed corporate communications for a Denver-based bank.
